Το "Beyond the Sea" χρονολογείται από το 1946. Η μουσική του έχει γραφτεί από τον Charles Trenet (αρχικά για το γαλλικό κομμάτι "La Mer") και οι στίχοι είναι του Jack Lawrence. Η διασκευή του από τον Robbie Williams κυκλοφόρησε στο άλμπουμ του "Swing When You're Winning" το 2001 και χρησιμοποιήθηκε ως τραγούδι κλεισίματος στην ταινία κινουμένων σχεδίων της Disney, Finding Nemo το 2003.
